Two friends who studied Engineering many years ago, happened to meet to discuss any collaboration that they could undertake together. One was a Production Engineer managing a housekeeping company while the other was an Electronics engineer handling international business for a software firm. Somehow the only common thread of interest for both of them was their passion for food. Being foodies at heart, they decided to embark on the journey of providing quality food with a homely touch. Thus, emerged Engineered Food Concepts Pvt Ltd (EFCPL), a company registered in Pune, India. The concepts of offering food took an arduous learning, right from healthy breakfast options to cloud kitchen to frozen food. In all these formative years, there were never any compromises on quality ingredients or business ethics.

Today EFCPL is a leading manufacturer and exporter of premium quality frozen Indian food having its head office located at Pune and manufacturing facility at Aurangabad. It has a product range from Indian breads ( parathas / rotis / naans  ) to Indian curries and biryanis. Having acquired the necessary quality and process certifications from International bodies, EFCPL has been appreciated by all for the taste of the products inspite of not using preservatives.
